I want to be like...

A Child...

To find happiness in the simple things in life like....
eating Oreo cookies and not caring whether I have it on my face or not.

Laugh at silly things like farts, burps, dogs barking, peek a boo and making funny faces.

Coloring a page in a coloring book with not a care of staying within the lines.

Looking at lights and thinking it's the coolest thing.

Eating french fries and not worrying about how many calories they are.

Walking in someone else's shoes and loving every minute of it!

Learning something new like drinking out of a water bottle and thinking it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Having a word of the day that is said every day, all day and loving it. Words like, "no", "like this?" "light" "see". If I had my way, my words of the day would go something like, "wait" "not now" "I don't want to".

I wouldn't worry about how much money I had instead I would look forward to watching my shows like Backyardigans, Upside Down, Sesame Street.

I would see the good in people and not be critical of the bad.

I would dance in the rain.

Play in the mud.

Eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with the crust cut off.

I'd look at a star as something magnificently wonderful instead of taking it for granted.

I would give slobbery kisses.

Laugh at my own jokes.

Cry because I'm tired.

I would see the world as beautiful.

JJBB, yeah and running around in the buff while being chased. No one gives a second glance at a naked baby.

Oh to be young again! We never know how wonderful our youth is until we get all grown up! Precious child. Just stopped by to say hello...
I'm sorry to hear about your dogs too, but it does sound like they are going to get lots of love and you'll be able to visit them when you want!
