The Ultimate Blog Party - Be There!!!

Last year, I had the privilege of being a part of the Ultimate Blog Party for Moms. It gets bigger and bigger every year. It's a party that starts at 5minutesformom.com but it turns into a travel to blogs around the world, celebrating who we are as moms.

In order to get ready for guests who may stop in, I've decided to offer up a pizza dip. It's easy to make and one of my favorites.

Layered Pizza Dip

Ingredients

1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce, any variety
Pepperidge Farm® Garlic Bread, any variety, heated according to package directions or Pepperidge Farm® Crackers, any variety
Directions

Spread the ricotta cheese in an even layer in a 9 inch pie plate. Top with 1/4 cup of the pepperoni and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Carefully spread the pasta sauce over the cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until hot. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with the garlic bread or crackers for dipping.

Oh! The best of all!! I forgot to mention the prizes. There are so many prizes to win. You definitely want to take the time to click on the button on my sidebar and take a peek. You won't regret it.

If I have to choose my top three prizes they would be:

#18 - The Goodie Basket for Mom

#39 - The Hilton Garden Inn - Hotel stay (retailing at $250.00)

#95 - $100.00 gift certificate courtesy of Restaurant.com.

If I don't win any of my top three choices, I sure wouldn't mind winning the following: 3, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 32, 33, 40, 46, 52, 69, 72, 75, 87, 105, 108, or USC 15.

Enjoy the celebration!!

Thanks for your kind comments about my painting. I wish I could teach art to adults, but I don't think I'm ready for that. Maybe someday.
