Hi Simone, I feel like I've just met you again! I've gotten to know you through your writing and pictures, and now I've seen you and heard your voice. :) That was fun and...CREATIVE! I love keepsakes and sentimental things too. Let's see, today, hmmmm...I tried a new dish at an Italian restaurant. And I'm out of town, but still blogging on my stepfather's new laptop-a slight adjustment from using my desktop at home. When I get home, I may come back for another visit to play around with your video software. :)
That was fun! I wish I could taste the salsa! Today I went browsing around a couple of gift stores, found a cute turkey for my Thanksgiving table and gave in to a huge craving for some hot, salty french fries.... (I put a picture of the turkey (and fries) on my blog) xoxo
Oh, Simone.. so good to 'see' you and hear your voice. I agree with Veronica --you are really cute!!! I was smiling the whole time as I was watching your vlog and I just wanted to reach out and give you a hug! :)
Simone! could you be any cuter?? I don't think so! Loved watching your presentation, it put such a smile on my face!
You have such unique ideas and I love those dolls your sister made. So adorable and what a wonderful keepsake.
I haven't been very creative lately but I have done handmade gifts in the past before I had my daughter. I can remember giving a girlfriend a mason jar full of all the ingredients and recipe for cookies (I think), I remember purchasing a torn up 1950's linen tablecloth (for 10 cents) with the most gorgeous pattern on it, I cut it up and sewed it into dish towels. My mom still uses them.
Everyone already wrote what I was thinking--you are so darned CUTE! How fun to see a video of you instead of just a post!
I was creative Saturday--we painted and completely re-decorated my son's room. It turned out great and he's really happy. Amazing what a coat of paint does for a room.
That was great and like everyone else said it was fun to hear your voice.
I tried to be creative on Saturday. I was looking for yarn to knit a sweater for my sister for Christmas. I could not find what I needed, which was frustrating, but I will look some more this week.
How wonderful to watch you and hear you!! I feel like I was right there with you!
I'm all about creating gifts and finding something special for someone that has a sentimental value. Too much is spent on How Much something costs vs. what does the gift mean. Gifts are meant to have a meaning, especially at Christmas. Love the hand prints of your girls...I wish I had thought to do that when my boys were little.
I made beef stroganoff on Saturday using a new recipe. It was nice but it was different...I'm not sure I'd make it that way again, but it was my husband's request for his birthday dinner.

Simone, It's Monday and your video made me smile. I didn't have a creative Saturday but I'm sure going to work on that now.
