Things I've Learned Thursday
1) My newest past time? CSI Garden Herbs. Our new place has a fantastic herb garden but I have no idea what herbs are growing so I plucked them and took pictures. Then, I compared them to a book and viola! I think I've figured out a few of them.
2) I miss the cheeseburger bird but in Oregon, there's a bird who I call Eep. He's also got a brother who's name is Meep. Eep and Meep, "eep" and "meep", all night and day. I guess they've both got insomnia.
3) I haven't watched tv since I moved to Oregon, only dvds from Netflix and I'm actually not missing it. I've been able to watch seasons of shows I've never watched before like The Office...quirky and stupid but hilarious!
4) I've got a strange new romance for cheese. I can make a meal of cheese and be perfectly happy. (Maybe in another life I was a mouse?)
5) I've got a problem. I follow good blog writers. The problem is that there are so many good blogs out there that I am having a hard time reading them all in one sitting. I think I have Chronic Blog Followitis.
6) Not having a washer and dryer has truly humbled me. Now, I know what it feels like when my mom had to hang our clothes on a clothes line.
7) I get 6 cents per reusable bag, off of my grocery bill. I'm on a quest to always remember to carry my reusable bags with me into the store.
8) I'm like a kid when the mailman comes. I love unexpected surprises and if there's no mail or only bills, I get a bit disappointed.
9) After being accidentally locked in the bathroom three times, you'd think my dog Sam would learn what NOT to do.
10) When it rains in Oregon, most people do not use umbrellas. They just casually walk through it.
What have you learned?

How great you have an Herb Garden at you disposal and know how to investigate it.
I've learned if ya wait long enough a drought will eventually be broken. Woohoo....It finally rained in southern Missouri.
God bless ya and have a great day!!!
I've learned that stopping for my coffee and being 5 minutes late vs NOT stopping makes a world of difference in my attitude during the work day.
I've also learned that the whole grain P.Farm Goldfish taste just like the original, so why not increase my whole grain intake?
Enjoy your weekend!
Thinking of you!
I have learned:
That to a 5 yr old, 40ish is REALLY old.
Almost dead old!
That not everyone will like the boundaries you set.
That no matter how old your children are, you will ALWAYS worry about them.
That the sun will ALWAYS come up tomorrow-somewhere.
I have learned that God brings special friends into your life just when you need them.
I have learned that thought I hate to fly, I will fly to help my brother.
I guess I have learned a lot this week!
It's only today I learned that US celebrates Labour day on Sept 6. We celebrate ours on 1st May.
Loved this.
You made me laugh!
A couple of tiny scrapes on my hand a one on my knee, but I'm okay. Gods takes care of fools and babes. :)
With that aside, this past week I've learned that I'm not done learning yet.
How's that for an answer?
Hahaha...wait 'til you see us Oregonians next Spring when we come out on the first nice day over 55 degrees wearing shorts and tank tops! It's a HEAT WAVE!
I hear you on the cheese. I've been trying all kinds of new cheese lately and I have the extra weight to prove it ;-)
I've learned that planning a bbq for 20 people is way too much work. I'm pretty sure it's the last time I'll do that again.
Enjoy the weekend and stay dry! xo jj
You seem to have a positive outlook on your move. I wish I could be as positive about my own upcoming move in a few months.

У меня вот обнаружилось...и собственно вопрос: Я сейчас всех своих половых партнеров, коие у меня еще в жизни предстоят - буду заражать??
